1. Insurance: It is necessarily to provide us with a photocopy of a insurance certificate from your insurance.
2. There is a 25% deposit + administration fees to pay for all reservations before arrival to guarantee the booking.3. The outstanding amount is payable upon arrival.
3. 4. Administration fees : 6 € ( low season from the 22/03 until the 29/06 and from the 31/08 until 4/10) – 12 € (during the season from the 30/06 until the 30/08) 5. The management team of the camping reserves the right to cancel or accept any booking without any explication.
5. The management reserves the right to rebook an already booked parking place if the client didn’t arrive after 24 hours after his actual arrival date.
6. In case of cancellation, 60 days before your arrival date, you will be reimbursed. After this delay, there is a cancellation fee.
7. If you have started your holiday and need to leave, we will not reimburse your money unless something major has happened like death ect.
8. The management of the camping reserves the right to throw clients out of the camping if they don’t apply the rules and guidelines, disrespect the personnel or the equipment.
9. In case you want to extend your holiday, you have to ask the reception 24 hours before the actual departure date.(if possible)
10. Animals are allowed in the mobile home “Oasis” only. (Litter pan and animal cushion are not included)
